What should my child wear?

This is our favorite question! What your child wears can really make their personality pop. We recommend checking the posters at your school to see this season’s background, but here are some tried-and-true tips:

  • Fall & Winter: We love solid earth tones, long sleeves, and cozy layers like tights or slacks.

  • Spring: Light, solid colors or very simple patterns keep the focus right where it belongs—on your child’s face!

  • Summer: Feel free to check with your school office to see the specific "vibe" they’ve planned for the day.

Can siblings be photographed together?

We love capturing the bond between brothers and sisters! Whenever the school schedule allows, we’re happy to photograph siblings (up to three children) together. Just check with your school to see if they’ve opted into sibling portraits for this session.

 

How do I see my child’s photos?

Your student's teacher will send home a special online access code just for you. You can log in right away to set up your account! Just a quick heads-up: it usually takes our team about 48 to 72 hours to carefully edit and upload the portraits so they look their absolute best before you see them.

 

How do I place an order?

We’ve made our online shop super simple to use. Once you’re logged in, you can pick your favorites and check out in just a few clicks.

 

Can I choose different poses for my add-ons?

Absolutely! We want you to have a variety of smiles to choose from, so feel free to mix and match your poses.

 

What if I missed the ordering deadline?

Don’t worry—life gets busy, and we completely understand. You can still place your order through our online system at any time; we’ll just ship it directly to your home (anywhere in the continental USA) instead of the school.

Can I make copies of the prints?

Because our portraits are protected by copyright, all professional prints need to be ordered through the studio. However, if you’d like the freedom to print as many as you want, we offer digital downloads that come with a full copyright release. That way, they are yours to keep and print forever!

 

What is the quality of the digital downloads?

Our digital images are high-resolution (approx. 8 MB JPEGs) and un-cropped, meaning you’ll have plenty of detail to create beautiful prints as large as a 16x20!

 

When is the next retake day?

We typically visit each school once in the Fall and once in the Spring or Summer. If your child missed the big day, check with your school office to see when our next scheduled visit will be!

 

Can I jump in the photo with my child?

Yes! We’d love to have you.

What is your refund policy?

Our biggest goal is for you to smile every time you look at your child’s portraits. If for any reason you aren’t absolutely thrilled when you open your package, please reach out to us at (407) 614-4644. We genuinely want to make it right for you! While we can't offer refunds on digital items since they arrive in your inbox instantly, we’ll do everything else we can to ensure you’re happy with your keepsakes.
