A Quick Look at the Picture Me Perfect Experience
We want to make sure you have everything you need to feel ready for portrait day! Keep an eye out for your Picture Me Perfect Studios prep packet—it’s designed to make informing your parents as easy as possible. Soon, I’ll also send over a quick email regarding class rosters. To get everything squared away, we just need the children’s names and class details three weeks before we arrive. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone!
When the big day finally arrives, we’ll be there bright and early! Our friendly photographers have a knack for making kids feel right at home in front of the camera. We’ll capture each child across multiple backdrops and poses to really let their personalities shine. Best of all? You won't have to worry about a thing—no clipboards, no name-writing, and absolutely no chasing down payments. You just focus on the kids, and we’ll handle the rest!
Once we’ve captured those smiles, your photographer will hand off some simple info for your parents on how to view their galleries online. We want this to be completely stress-free, so there’s never any obligation for them to buy. If they do find a portrait they love, they can choose what works best for them: free shipping to the school (by our bulk deadline) or the convenience of having them mailed straight to their front door for just $6!
We know parents can’t wait to see their portraits, and we pride ourselves on getting them back quickly—usually within about two weeks! When the orders arrive, you’ll find them neatly organized in easy-to-distribute window envelopes. We also handle all the follow-up. We’ll send gentle reminders to families who haven’t checked out their online gallery yet, and keep everyone updated via email and text about upcoming special offers and shipping deadlines, so no one misses out on capturing these memories.
